NOTICE OF LICENCE SUSPENSION

The Registrar of the New Brunswick Podiatry Association Inc. (the “NBPA”)
ordered, pursuant to subsections 42(1) and 43(1)(d) of An Act respecting Podiatry, SNB
2021, c 35 (the “Act”) that Dr. Monique Cormier, Podiatrist, of Moncton, a member of the
NBPA, be suspended on an interim basis from the practice of podiatry, pending final
disposition by the NBPA of complaints filed against Dr. Monique Cormier, Podiatrist.
THIS PUBLIC NOTICE MADE this 29 th day of November 2023.
